Painting Crew Leader

Overview

We are hiring a full‑time Painting Crew Leader to lead our paint team in Turlock, CA. The role ensures work is completed accurately, safely, on‑time, and according to our standards. Work hours are Monday‑Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with pay ranging from $25.00 to $33.00 per hour based on skills and experience.

• Lead the paint crew through job completion from start to finish.
• Train new hires according to the New Hire Training Procedures.
• Perform walk‑throughs with the customer to ensure satisfaction.
• Delegate assignments and follow through to ensure good results.
• Give clear instructions and guidance to crew members.
• Coach and mentor team members.
• Keep safety in mind while managing time and prioritizing tasks.
