Crew Members are the front-line for the overall guest experience of Lake Gregory.
Essential Functions
Maintain and rent equipment to include boats and other vesselsMaintain general cleanliness of the beaches, open areas, and parking lotsCleaning of indoor and outdoor spacesUse cash register and follow all cash handling procedures accuratelyAnticipate and respond to guest needs/requestsAdditional Functions
Assisting other departments as neededServing as an attendant at the beach, water slide or Splash IslandsSafe operation of various minor equipment and toolsLandscaping and groundskeepingOther duties as assigned by supervisorMajor Competency Areas
Attention to detailAbility to organize and maintain a clean work areaAbility to follow instructions, learn new skills, and accept guidance/supervisionAbility to work alone and with others in a timely mannerExcellent attitude with guests and co-workersQualifications
