Salary: $142,000-$182,000 (commensurate with experience)

Were looking for a skilled and compassionate Veterinarian to join our 4-doctor general practice. This full-time role focuses on high-quality, client-centered care without overnight or on-call shifts. Our hospital is fully equipped with in-house Idexx lab equipment, ultrasound, digital and dental x-rays, and cold laser therapy, giving you the tools you need to provide excellent care in every case.

As a veterinarian on our team, youll perform general surgeries (spays, neuters, soft tissue) and dentistry, while being part of a culture that values kindness, collaboration, and growth. We have continued relations with local mobile specialists who assist us with internal medicine, surgery, and cardiology. Youll also have opportunities if desired to expand your impact through our broader community programs, helping bring healing and hope beyond our clinic walls.

There will also be occasional opportunities to help at our adoptions/shelter clinic and caring for our center education animals.

• A current DVM license in good standing (CA)
• Proficiency in general veterinary practice and surgery
• A calm, compassionate demeanor even in high-stress situations
• Excellent communication and emotional intelligence
• A team-oriented mindset and a strong sense of purpose

• Salary range: $142,000-$182,000, DOE
