Schedule:

Friday–Sunday, 36 hours per week

Pay Rate:  $2800 - $2900/weekly

Position Overview:

The House Supervisor will oversee operations and provide clinical leadership for the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). This position ensures quality care, regulatory compliance, and smooth coordination between departments during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing and support staff during assigned shifts.

Monitor patient care delivery to ensure adherence to facility policies and clinical standards.

Act as the primary resource for staff in managing emergencies and resolving issues.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.

Coordinate with department heads to maintain efficient facility operations.

Provide hands-on support as needed in direct patient care situations.

Requirements
Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.

Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

Prior experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care preferred.

Current BLS certification required.

Strong communication and decision-making skills.
