  Required (minimum 2 weekends/month plus weekday call)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2500–$2560

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Associate Degree in Nursing required;
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Current certifications: CPR, ACLS, and PALS
• Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing standards and sterile technique
• Minimum 1 year of recent operating room (OR) or surgical nursing experience
• Experience in both circulating nurse and scrub nurse roles
• Background in acute care or outpatient surgery centers preferred

• Deliver patient-centered care throughout all phases of surgery: pre-operative, intraoperative, and post-operative
• Perform circulating and scrub nurse duties in the operating room
• Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers during surgical procedures
• Prepare, maintain, and monitor the sterile field for all surgical cases
• Support patient recovery and ensure safe, efficient surgical care
• Participate in required on-call rotation for surgical cases
