Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages Ensure chart closure within 72 hours of patient encounters Minimum of 18 patients seen per day Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care Practice Setting EMR System:
