Chart closure within 72 hours

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Mix of pediatric and adult patients Decision typically made within 7-14 days APCs with 3 years of experience in a similar setting PAs must have a CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate NPs must have a Furnishing License with Schedules II Active DEA needed before the start Credentialing takes 30-90 days Requirements: ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications Active license in California Credentialing Details:
Immunizations required for credentialing:  Flu Vaccine TB Status/X-Ray Results (results must be within 90 days before the start date) Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years) Covid-19 Vaccine no longer required This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a diverse patient population.
