Minimum of 18 patients per day Holidays Off:
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Qualifications Active California license required Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar outpatient setting Nurse Practitioners:
Furnishing license with Schedules II and active DEA Physician Assistants:
California Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate and active DEA Board certification in pediatrics or related specialty Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Credentialing Requirements Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days Required immunizations:
Flu vaccine (current) TB test/X-ray results (within 90 days) Positive titers or complete immunization series for MMR, Hep B, and Varicella Tdap (within the last 10 years) COVID vaccination Practice Highlights Support staff includes 1 RN and 2 MAs No hospital privileges or admissions required EMR system:
