18 PPD, minimum to see 18 PPD, Monday-Friday 8-5 Mix of pediatrics/adults A decision is typically made within 7-14 days APCs with 3 years of experience in a similar setting PAs must have CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate NPs must have Furnishing License with Schedules II Active DEA needed before start Credentialing takes 30-60 days (six weeks is standard for Locums who submit app./documents
