• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the RN and healthcare team
• Support CNAs and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with facility, state, and federal guidelines

• Current California LVN license required
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
• Team-oriented, dependable, and compassionate
• Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred, but not required
