My Gym Children’s Fitness Center is a 700+ locations strong international corporation offering the BEST recreational fitness and gymnastics programs and blowout birthday parties for children ages 6 weeks to 10 years of age. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves children and can be silly, fun, and outgoing. You will be leading classes, parties, camps, and events. Additional duties include admin work, day‑to‑day cleaning of equipment and toys, and customer service.

• A genuine love for young children – from babies to upper elementary ages
• Ability to work 30+ hours per week, including weekends
• Commitment to training hard and taking direction well/easily
• Stage presence – if the idea of performing sounds scary, we might not be the right fit for you
• Willingness to clean (cleaning is a huge part of what we do – it’s how we keep each other and our kids safe & healthy!)
• Effective leadership and motivational skills
• A background in dance, sports, theatre, or fitness is a huuuuge plus!
