Position Summary

The Brand Manager is a hands-on marketing professional responsible for executing brand initiatives with operational precision and creative execution. This role manages project timelines, vendor coordination, and asset delivery while directly producing marketing content—copy, graphics, and digital assets—for use across websites, social media, and email campaigns. The Brand Manager plays a key role in ensuring consistent messaging and brand presence across platforms for both practitioner, and consumer-facing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Operations & Management
    • Translate brand strategy into actionable marketing plans, project schedules, and deliverables.
    • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all creative output is on-brand and consistent.
    • Oversee day-to-day execution of marketing projects, keeping initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Creative Development
    • Write compelling copy for websites, social media posts, digital ads, email campaigns, and print materials.
    • Direct the design of marketing assets including layouts, graphics, presentations, and promotional materials.
    • Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed, while managing in-house creative projects.
    • Ensure creative assets are optimized for each channel (digital, print, social, and events).
  • Digital Platforms & Social Media
    • Manage company presence across digital platforms including website, e-commerce, email, and social media.
    • Create, schedule, and post engaging content on Linked In, Instagram, and other relevant social platforms.
    • Monitor analytics and engagement metrics across digital channels, using data to refine content strategy.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Education teams to develop practitioner-focused digital campaigns and webinars.
    • Support SEO, digital advertising, and website content updates in coordination with marketing leadership.
  • Product Marketing Execution
    • Manage creative and operational rollout of product launches including packaging, digital assets, and collateral.
    • Ensure product pages, descriptions, and educational resources are current across website and digital platforms.
    • Provide timely product marketing support to Sales and Clinical Education teams.
  • Campaign Coordination & Reporting
    • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that integrate print, digital, and social platforms.
    • Track and report on campaign performance, digital engagement, and creative effectiveness.
    • Maintain organized content libraries, creative files, and digital asset management systems.
    • Support budget tracking, vendor invoices, and project reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in brand, product, or marketing roles with both creative and operational execution responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated skills in copywriting, creative design, and digital content development (portfolio preferred).
  • Knowledge and experience utilizing CRM systems such as Hub Spot or Sales Force to manage email campaigns and lead funnels.
  • Conceptual understanding of user experience and the customer journey.
  • Understanding of, and ability to direct social media content creation and strategy.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Industry experience in dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or healthcare preferred.
