Utility II - Arbuckle, CA

This is an hourly position

This position starts at $18.50 an hour.

Position Summary:

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Utility II in Mill department of Rice Mill.

Job Responsibilities:

Duties include but are not limited to:

* Assist Miller in maintenance and sanitation of machinery

* Maintain neat and clean work station

* Rotate shifts weekly

* Communicate well with colleagues/Management efficiently

* Ensuring safe operations

* Enforcement of all ADM policies and procedures

* Assist in completing JSA's

* Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures.

* Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values

* Ability to manage a diverse team

* Able to communicate with all levels of the organization

* Assist in development of SOP's and Work Instructions

* Train new hires

* Can work overtime each day

* All other duties assigned by management

Qualifications

* Ability work under pressure, well with others

* Good attendance.

* Basic Computer skills

* Must not be afraid of heights

* Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures

* Respectful, positive attitude

* Strong work ethic

* Must be self-motivated

* Must possess excellent leadership, team building, problem solving, time managing, and organizational skills

* Bilingual is a plus
