Compensation starting at $23 per hour (without prior industry experience required)
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime and weekend work as needed
Join a Growing Team in Environmental SolutionsWe are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Plant Operator to support our wastewater treatment operations in Lakeside, CA. This is a hands‑on position working with treatment systems and mechanical equipment that help protect our water and communities.

What You’ll Do- Operate and maintain mechanical systems including pumps, valves, fans, heat exchangers, diesel and gas engines, and compressors
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Conduct water quality testing and monitor treatment effectiveness
- Complete daily logs, manifests, and compliance documentation accurately
- Use tools such as rakes, shovels, hoses, pressure washers, cranes, and hoists
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
- Assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 55+ lbs regularly
- At least 1 year of experience in a labor‑intensive role (required)
- 1 year of wastewater processing or plant operations experience (preferred)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow procedures and safety protocols
