Adecco is currently assisting a local client, recruiting for a Print Production Assistant in El Dorado Hills, CA. • Follow docket instructions and verify the availability of plates, tooling, ink, and material mentioned on the job docket and compare them to the press log.
• Stage jobs according to the production schedule.
• Mount plates, tooling, tags, cassettes, assemble doctor blades, and assemble rotary screens using mounting stations by following job docket information and any special instructions.
• Stage and scan material to the correct locations.
• Inspect cylinders and gears for damage. Take action to initiate repairs when warranted.
• Pull current press log and color standard and add them to the appropriate job docket.
• Complete NW Job Readiness Checklist to confirm the job is ready for production.
• Perform weekly PMs on hot stamp units.
• Support press operators during production by feeding press with materials, remounting, replacing, repairing, and requesting plates and tooling.
• Safely operate and inspect pre-staging equipment such as cranes, mounting stations and plate cutters.
• Use radius production management system to check plate separations, look for tooling and material availability, tooling location, and information related to the job; use material availability status to support FIFO material use.
• Participate in cleanup and maintenance duties including trash bins, recycle bins, pallet storage, and general housekeeping.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Required to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• 2 years of print manufacturing or production experience
• Required to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed

The starting pay rate for this position is $18.00 - $19.00 per hour, plus overtime as needed.
