Some of the duties of the position include:

• The Viability to operate a welder. Cut and braze metal pieces and products by using flame-cutting and hand welding equipment.
• Look at blueprints or plans for the finished products.
• Fitting up and tack welding weldments.
• Making jigs or fixtures for higher quantity orders.
• Checking dimensions of assemblies or parts, overall quality, appearance, and soundness of welds.
• Responsible for Quality of the projects he/she overrides (here altered).
• Ability to TIG, MIG, Stick, flux core Steel, Stainless and Aluminum.
• Maintain premises and equipment to the highest possible standards to maintain a professional image.
• Ensure all PPE, safety and company rules are followed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 1 year of manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Thorough understanding of machines/tools used in welding (designs, uses, maintenance and repair).
• Basic understanding of design techniques (plans, drawings, models, and blueprints).
• Excellent ability to read and listen to assignments given in a variety of forms.
• Basic understanding of mathematical as related to welding assignments.వ్య>
