* This is an hourly position

This position starts at $18.50 an hour.

* Position Summary:

* This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Utility II in Mill department of Rice Mill.

* Job Responsibilities:

*
* Duties include but are not limited to:

+ Assist Miller in maintenance and sanitation of machinery

+ Maintain neat and clean work station

+ Rotate shifts weekly

+ Communicate well with colleagues/Management efficiently

+ Ensuring safe operations

+ Enforcement of all ADM policies and procedures

+ Assist in completing JSA's

+ Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures.

+ Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values

+ Ability to manage a diverse team

+ Able to communicate with all levels of the organization

+ Assist in development of SOP's and Work Instructions

+ Train new hires

+ Can work overtime each day

+ All other duties assigned by management

** Qualifications*
* + Ability work under pressure, well with others

+ Good attendance.

+ Basic Computer skills

+ Must not be afraid of heights

+ Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures

+  Respectful, positive attitude

+ Strong work ethic

+ Must be self-motivated

+ Must possess excellent leadership, team building, problem solving, time managing, and organizational skills

+ Bilingual is a plus
