The successful candidate will manage and coordinate a workshop crew during their shift, ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintenance plans. Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in the iron & steel industry, technical training, and the ability to promote continuous improvement initiatives.
The role requires rotating shifts and some initial domestic and international travel.
