The Automated Equipment Operator is a key position in our Lockeford, CA plant. Your daily responsibilities include maximizing product output, ensuring top quality, and maintaining safety standards.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will focus on maximizing efficiency and quality, acting as the equipment expert to ensure proper operation.

Hourly wage: $25.00 to $30.00.

• Operate and maintain automated and semi-automated machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine cleaning, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Set up molds, sensors, and equipment per specifications.
• Troubleshoot machinery issues and coordinate with technical support when needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

• Experience operating automated or semi-automated machinery in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of CMMS software, MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, and PLC control systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
