Our client is a family-owned manufacturer of softwood and hardwood lumber that kicked off timber operations in 1855. They now have 370,000 acres of FSC-certified forest lands and are committed to delivering sustainable products to customers across the country! We're currently helping them identify an EHS Coordinator for their Lakeview, OR, sawmill operation. We are prepared to put together a relocation assistance package, cost‑of‑living adjustment, and reduced rent for the first year for the right candidate!
WhatYou’ll Do
- Inspect work areas for hazards and risks
- Help plan and develop emergency response procedures
- Conduct new employee orientations
- 2+ years of experience in an EHS role in an industrial environment
- MUST have a mix of safety and environmental experience
- Relevant wood products manufacturing experience preferred
