Mountain Culture have become one of the most exciting breweries in Australia and they run what looks to be an unstoppable release schedule of beers.

To keep their Emu Plains site running smoothly, they're looking for a plant supervisor.

Mountain Culture Beer Co is Australia’s #1 craft brewery, and we have an incredible opportunity for a Plant Supervisor to oversee the packaging operations at our Emu Plains production facility.

We opened in 2019 and within a year of opening, our beer was selling out within hours of it being released, and an expansion was necessary to keep up with demand. This led to our 3,000sqm production facility being built at the foot of the Mountains, capable of pumping out up to 8 million litres of beer per year. We take our beer very seriously and invest in the right technology to improve quality.

This position will oversee our state-of-the-art Krones canning line, lead our packaging team and ensure all equipment in the factory is well maintained. We are looking for an individual that can keep up, keep us focused and ensure we continue to be Australia’s #1 rated brewery.

• Ensure the smooth packaging operations of the Emu Plains Production facility
• Lead and inspire a team of packagers, providing guidance, training, and support
• Execute production plans, monitoring and adjusting these based on changing priorities, resource availability, and market demands
• Ensure a safe working environment for all employees by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety audits
• Ensure equipment reliability by overseeing the plant maintenance program
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules for plant equipment and ensure maintenance activities are conducted accordingly

• 5+ years experience in a beverage production plant (brewery preferred)
• Experience leading teams
• Experience with maintenance planning
• Trade background (electrical/plumbing) beneficial
• LEAN or similar certifications preferred
