- Provides safe and efficient operation of the lifts through correct maintenance and repair.
- Ensures that all service standards and precision performance goals are achieved in order to ensure a good guest experience.
- 10 + years of Lift Maintenance experience.
- 5 years of supervisor experience.
- Able to work within and manage operational and capital budgets as they apply to lift construction and maintenance.
- Have a very good working relationship with the State Tramway Board and a strong understanding of ANSI B77 and ASMT codes that apply to our permanent and temporary amusement rides.
- Have a strong understanding and working knowledge with OSHA, Company and Department safety practices, and work within these practices on a daily basis.
- Demonstrate the ability the work within Mammoth s mission, vision and values system. In addition, help grow, lead and drive our business forward using the Alterra Competency Model.
- Be able to work with all outside departments in a positive, friendly and professional manner.
- Demonstrate the ability to change to the changing demands as required by the Company and/or the Department and show a strong desire to bring the Department to the next level of overall performance.
- Must be able to generate, plan and approve work orders in Maintain
X. - Be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
