Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager Include:

• Overseeing daily accounting operations such as general ledger management, reconciliations, and financial reporting

• Managing accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

• Preparing and reviewing multi-entity financial statements

• Supporting budgeting and forecasting initiatives

• Coordinating tax filings and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations

• Enhancing internal controls and improving accounting processes

• Leading, mentoring, and developing accounting staff as a hands-on Accounting Manager

The Ideal Accounting Manager Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Strong working knowledge of GAAP
