### Key Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager will oversee all phases of project construction, including pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and closeout. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and proactive risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all aspects of project delivery from pre-construction through closeout
- Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and budgets
- Leading a team of on-site personnel, including superintendents and subcontractors
- Serving as the primary client contact and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks
- Ensuring all work meets project plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Championing a culture of safety and ensuring OSHA compliance
- Preparing and presenting regular project status reports to senior management

### Qualifications

- Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Proven track record managing ground-up multifamily projects valued at $10M+
- Strong working knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and cost control
- Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or Primavera)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
** Preferred:**
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing projects in the San Diego area
- PMP or CCM certification
- Familiarity with design-build project delivery
- OSHA 30-hour certification
