  • Support BT training + onboarding to provide a great experience and ensure operational excellence.
  • Celebrate team wins and build a positive, inclusive market culture by hosting team building events, coordinating team meals, and being a hype leader!
  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to develop your team.
  • Supervise the Associate Operations Manager as the market matures, delegating scheduling and culture initiatives.
  • Support critical conversations, deliver difficult feedback, and help the team by adhering to performance management expectations and processes.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure full compliance with all licensing, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct periodic audits and implement improvements to maintain operational excellence.
  • Promote adherence to company policies and client safety protocols.
  • Partner with clinical leadership to maintain the highest standards of care.
