What You'll Do- Provide exceptional care to residents and their families, ensuring each individual's physical, emotional, and social needs are not only met but exceeded.
- Foster a home environment that prioritizes dignity, independence, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams to support each person's overall health and well-being.
- Lead, coach, and mentor Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) with compassion, integrity, and accountability.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring homes are safe, welcoming, and nurturing.
- Uphold compliance with all state regulations and oversight agencies, while continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve.
- Manage budgets and resident finances responsibly, balancing care excellence with stewardship.
- Passion for serving others, guided by integrity, empathy, and a commitment to excellence.
- Experience in residential care, social services, or human services (IDD experience strongly preferred).
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop staff.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to immerse yourself in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Knowledge of state residential care regulations and oversight agency standards, or willingness to learn.
- ARF or RCFE Administrator certification, or the ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Valid California driver's license.
