Position provides oversight, direction and coordination for all operations and maintenance (O&M) activities at the assigned jobsite to ensure adherence to contractual objectives. The role supervises and coordinates activities of skilled trades workers engaged in maintaining and repairing equipment, structures, utility systems, buildings, and grounds at the assigned jobsite.

• Perform O&M management administration functions, handling a variety of actions and problems related to assigned contract(s).
• Develop management plans to accomplish contractual objectives and provide direction and support to subcontractors, support staff, trades, and crafts.
• Schedule work to be performed.
• Submit monthly progress reports in accordance with contract and J&J requirements.
• Manage contract resources and monitor budgets on assigned contracts.
• Ensure safety of all personnel on the job, including subcontracted personnel, and maintain compliance with environmental standards and quality of work performed.
• Conduct staff training, safety meetings, and briefings.
• Research and address customer and employee complaints.
• Perform field maintenance of HVAC systems and related Contract Management tasks.
• Additional duties as required.

• High School Diploma required.
• 5+ years of verifiable experience servicing and/or renovating commercial buildings, including management of a diversified workforce responsible for operations, maintenance, and repair of commercial building infrastructure systems.
• 5+ years of experience in an Healthcare business occupancy medical facility O&M.
• Certification in CHFM required.

• Technical qualification in the field of Healthcare Facilities Management.
• Knowledge of codes and standards applicable to O&M tasks including PWS, TJC, NFPA, EPA, and OSHA.
• Skilled in operation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire, and security systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and PPE procedures.
• Ability to conduct accident investigations and safety inspections.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
• Required to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
