** What You'll Do as a Shipping/Receiving Clerk:*
* + Receive merchandise from vendors and other stores and put them in the proper location on the shelves

+ Prepare merchandise for shipping

+ Stage product for proper shipping

+ Assist in pulling parts during busy times using a RF scan gun

+ Clean up inside/outside the warehouse

+ Work with stock manager to address any problems with orders

+ Miscellaneous projects and perform other related duties as assigned

+ Accurate packing and shipping of various sized products to ensure customer expectations are met

+ Determine method of shipment utilizing software

+ Create shipping labels using multiple ship software platforms

+ Meet minimum daily shipping output expectations

+ Assemble cardboard containers for shipping

+ Examine shipment to ensure shipment specifications are met

* Job Requirements:

* + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready

+ 1-2 years experience in warehouse

+ Able to lift 50lbs often

+ R.F scanner and computer experience

+ Great communication skills

+ Ability to read product identification quickly and accurately

+ Focus and remain on task in a fast-paced environment

+ May be required to function in narrow aisles or passageways

+ Must have an open availability, flexible and able to work various shifts and over time

+ Must be able to work well with other staff members and supervisors

+ Background check and drug screening required
