Delaware North - - Responsibilities:
Paint, hang, and repair drywall; change light bulbs; replace fixtures; perform minor electrical tasks; and plumbing work including opening clogged drains and repairing leaks;
Simple carpentry such as installing shelves, hooks, or closet rods; assist with occasional larger office remodels;
Small engine repair and maintenance;
Ensure tools and equipment are in good condition and maintain a neat maintenance room;
Operate company vehicles for transportation across the property as needed
