Qualifications- Good physical health and clean background check
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Experience in building maintenance and repair involving boilers, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and custodial operations strongly desired
- Technologically adept
- Ability to read basic instructions and write reports
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
- Ability to communicate written and orally in English
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly to staff
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
