About The OpportunityGrimmway Produce Group is seeking an Ammonia Refrigeration Technician Level 2 to perform basic electrical troubleshooting, and all level of maintenance repair and service of refrigeration equipment safely and in full compliance with company and legal requirements. - Minimum of two years of experience in the operation and basic maintenance of industrial refrigeration equipment, required.
- Understanding of and experience with regulatory requirements for PSM and RMP.
- Knowledge of basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook programs.
- Remote work not available for this position.
- Able to travel to Arvin for training purposes during Coachella offseason. Training will be limited to around 4 weeks per year in one‑week increments (housing or housing allowance is provided by the company in Arvin).
- Able to read and understand written information in English.
- Have a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
- Pass pre‑placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.
Total Rewards: $25.50 - $30.00 / HOUR
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
