W-6 Crew Leader - Wastewater Collections Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; five years’ experience in public works construction or maintenance activities involving minor supervisory experience; or any equivalent combination of education/certification and experience.

Knowledge, Ability, and Skill:
Considerable knowledge of the materials, methods and techniques relative to construction and maintenance. Knowledge of the physical characteristics of the Town and its road system. Ability to plan, assign and supervise the work of groups of employees engaged in a variety of public works construction, Sewer pumps stations and maintenance operations. CDL License and Tanker endorsement.
