Maintain office building or other commercial building in a clean and orderly condition based on the scope of work assigned to the job site.

• Friday's Only
• 10 AM – 2 PM

$18 hourly

• Cleaning offices, lobbies, and common areas.
• Cleaning and restocking restrooms.
• Empty trash cans around the property and replace trash bags.
• Cleaning corridors and stairwells.
• Removing trash, cleaning floors, dusting/wiping down all surfaces.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping.
• Operating walk‑behind floor cleaning machines (if applicable).
• Cleans and polishes furniture, windows, doors, frames, ashtrays, and fixtures.
• Restocking supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Maintain janitor closet and janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
• Periodically clean overhead vents and dust blinds.
• Proficiency in English enhances ability to collaborate and communicate with colleagues and clients, ensuring smooth operations.
• Perform End of Shift Inspections (EOS) following company guidelines, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met at the end of each shift.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

• Proficiency in English is highly recommended but not mandatory.
• Open availability: overtime work and schedule adjustments may be needed. Holiday work may also be required.
• Applicants must provide proof of work authorization and complete an I‑9 and E‑Verify process.

• Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs, carry a 12‑lb backpack vacuum, as needed.
• Good hygiene skills are required.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
