$21.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Woodmont is seeking a hardworking, dependable individual to perform all the custodial duties for our beautiful 344-unit apartment community located in El Dorado Hills. The schedule is Sunday’s from 10:00am – 5:00pm and Monday through Thursday from 8:30am – 5:30pm. This position requires an individual to clean all exterior common areas, such as: stairways, pool areas, carports, laundry rooms, offices, and models daily.

This position may also require painting as well as the use of backpack blowers and power washers.

• 1+ year of apartment maintenance/custodial experience in multifamily property management
• Experience with Real Page, Happy Co, Yardi, or other property management systems preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, and crawl in confined spaces
• Must be able to lift or maneuver up to 25 lbs. independently and 50 lbs. with assistance
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Flexibility to work on‑call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Occasional travel to nearby properties or training sessions may be required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation needed.
