Description
Maintenance Director needed for Vineyard Hills Health Center Skilled Nursing Facility.
Responsibilities- Maintenance and repair of physical structures and utility systems of the facility
- Maintenance of outside grounds
- Repairs to mechanical equipment
- Maintenance of records and logs as part of state regulations
- Safety inspections, including checking the operational condition of fire safety and emergency alert systems
CA Consumer Protection Act Notice to Employees and Applicants – Compass Health, Inc.
Requirements- Strong aptitude in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in maintenance in a health care facility desired
