Brief Description
We’re looking for a hands‑on, strategic Supply Chain Manager – Planning to lead enterprise‑wide inventory and supply planning for Paddy, Raw Materials, Intermediates, and Finished Goods. In this role, you’ll manage a talented team of Supply Planners and Procurement Buyers, driving demand‑driven plans that balance cost, service, and efficiency. You’ll play a key role in our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process—ensuring alignment between sales, manufacturing, and supply chain operations to keep our business running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Supply Planning- Lead the planning process to align inventory, production, and sales goals across the organization.
- Set inventory targets that optimize cost, service, and operational efficiency.
- Develop smart supply strategies to reduce waste, excess inventory, and obsolescence.
- Manage capacity planning to balance supply and demand across manufacturing sites.
- Implement modern planning tools and processes to enhance production and inventory efficiency.
- Create contingency plans to address supply disruptions and maintain service excellence.
- Achieve or exceed customer order fill rate goals and product availability targets.
- Proactively communicate potential shortages and create mitigation plans using IBP and S&OE processes.
- Build trusted partnerships with Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, and Logistics to ensure visibility and collaboration.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing planning and procurement team.
- Actively contribute to the Supply Chain Leadership Team, driving performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of supply chain experience in planning, scheduling, or materials management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Familiarity with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Strong background with ERP/MRP systems and planning tools in a manufacturing setting.
- Direct experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management.
- Exceptional communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and data‑driven decision‑making experience.
- Proven ability to streamline processes, improve systems, and drive cost savings.
