Tully Rinckey PLLC, a successful full-service law firm with offices throughout the country is seeking Partner Level and Associate Level attorneys to grow our Ladera Ranch/Southern California office in labor and employment, military, and/or security clearance practice areas.

Job Description Overview
As an Attorney at Tully Rinckey, you will be responsible for providing quality legal advice, representing clients in disputes, and managing a wide range of labor and employment, military, and security clearance matters. The ideal candidate will have an interest or direct experience in representing individuals in employment-related claims against the federal government and California private employment matters, and/or military and security clearance matters.
- Provide legal representation to clients in labor disputes, employment discrimination cases, wage and hour claims, and other employment-related matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Drafting pleadings, including motions, discovery requests and responses, and other substantive filings.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to prepare for litigation and arbitration.
- Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, conferences, depositions, administrative hearings, and court proceedings.
- Develop strategies to minimize risk and efficiently resolve disputes.
- Stay updated with changes in labor and employment law and advise clients accordingly.
- All aspects of military litigation, including VA claims, administration separation boards, and court martials.
- All aspects of security clearance litigation, from security clearance applications to representation as administrative hearings.
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in at least one US State Jurisdiction (preferably California) in good standing.
- Interest or direct experience in representing individuals in employment-related claims against the federal government.
- Understanding of state employment statutes, codes, and regulations.
- Interest or direct experience in representing individuals in various military and/or security clearance matters
- Litigation, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Dedication to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
Candidates must be admitted to practice law with their license in good standing.

Compensation & BenefitsBeginning January 1, 2026, newly admitted attorneys at Tully Rinckey PLLC receive a starting salary of $120,000, along with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses of up to 60% of base salary, rewarding productivity, excellence, and client impact.
