I'm currently seeking an Associate Attorney that is interested in joining an award-winning Plaintiff's litigation firm. This is a unique opportunity to work with talented attorneys on complex, high-value cases. The caseload is typically less than five, due to the level of complexity. About the Role

• 3+ years of litigation experience - class action not required, but an added plus
• Plaintiff litigation experience, defense will be considered
• Experience in civil litigation, discovery, motion practice, taking/defending depositions and appearing in court
• Excellent writing and research skills
• JD ABA Law School
• Admitted in CA and in good standing
