Job Responsibilities

• Invite identified liable parties to the company;
• Conduct negotiations with the liable parties;
• Conclude relevant agreements with liable parties upon prior agreement with the management;
• Submit subrogation cases to court and enforcement agencies, and archive closed cases;
• Cooperate with other departments of the company in the analysis of subrogation cases;
• Analyze subrogation claims received from other insurance companies and prepare written proposals regarding whether the payment should be made or not;
• Represent the company during court proceedings, protect all legal interests of the company in accordance with the legislation, and exercise powers under power of attorney to obtain final decisions;
• Prepare reports on departmental activities as required;
• Assist the direct supervisor in preparing departmental reports;
• Represent the company in court and enforcement bodies;
• Establish contact with courts and enforcement authorities, ensure payment by debtors and control payment processes;
• Fulfill tasks related to subrogation issues assigned by the company and management.

• Education:
  
  Higher legal education
• Work experience:
  
  At least 1 year of experience in the judicial field
• Language skills:
  Azerbaijani (excellent), Russian and English are desirable
• Computer skills:
  Proficiency in MS Office
