A-Max Auto Insurance is looking for an energetic, success‑driven Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring all required tasks for the office location are carried out by employees.

• Attain personal and office sales and revenue goals
• Open and close the store on time
• Schedule underwriting, training/coaching, reporting, create sales/marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to agents
• Maintain open communication with upper management
• Ensure agents adhere to company policies and procedures
• Assist customers with insurance needs such as new policies, edits, payments, renewals, reinstatements, and answering questions
• Inspect vehicles for condition, age, and other characteristics to determine insurance risk
• Carry out daily housekeeping routines for COVID safety
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 1-3 years of insurance sales experience required
• Personal Lines license required;
  Property & Casualty license preferred
• Complete continuing education courses to maintain active license status with CA DOI
• High School Diploma or GED;
  Some college preferred
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation for daily marketing and bank deposits
• Sales mentality with a strong desire to succeed
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
• Basic computer knowledge and strong written, verbal, and people skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and quickly learn proprietary software
