Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Technical Program Managers, implementing a TPM framework Drive planning and execution of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives while tracking success metrics Facilitate strategic partnerships and communication among stakeholders to resolve conflicts and align priorities
Required Qualifications , Training, and Education 8+ years in technical roles within software development organizations 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager managing large, complex initiatives 5+ years of experience leading teams of TPMs or Program Managers Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA or Master's preferred) Strong technical background with experience in cloud platforms, CI/CD, and SDLC practices
