ABOUT THE ROLE:

NBCUniversal is seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager, Business Solutions to join our Studio Distribution Technical Operations team. This role is a critical partner to our Global Digital Distribution business and other related functions responsible for delivering film and television content to consumers across digital platforms.

As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute technology roadmaps, lead a team focused on product management and business solutions delivery, and oversee the global application portfolio that supports digital sales and distribution operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Lead as product manager and mentor a team of product owners, project managers, and business analysts responsible for driving business requirements, analyzing data and processes, and creating work products that lead to the implementation of technical solutions that drive efficiency and innovation

+ Manage the Digital Distribution technology and application roadmaps, incorporating new business needs and product solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders and technology partners

+ Manage the product lifecycle of global applications supporting digital distribution, these could include the following:

+ Projects for implementing and/or developing new solutions, or supporting and enhancing existing systems including Salesforce, Airtable, AWS, and Smartsheets

+ Maintenance projects for technology upgrades, infrastructure migrations, etc

+ Oversee product strategy and vision in addition to project budget, scope and resources, review proposals and statements of work, and lead 3rd party solution providers to ensure platforms are maintained and technology deliverables meet business needs  

+ Ensure high-quality delivery of solutions through agile methodologies, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement

REQUIREMENTS:

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

+ Minimum 2 or more years of functional and/or people management experience

+ Minimum 5+ years of solid hands-on experience with
