Senior Security Analyst - Customer Trust

• Drive end-to-end security assurance for regulated customers and new markets, coordinating cross‑functional inputs
• Lead customer‑led audits and support external audit readiness, including evidence collection and walkthroughs
• Support incident response as a key stakeholder, coordinating customer communications and post‑incident improvements
• Review and advise on non‑standard security and compliance terms in customer contracts, partnering closely with Legal
• Develop and maintain internal and external trust content to scale the employer’s security narrative

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Trust, security engineering, information security, or a closely related field
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional initiatives and delivering results in fast‑paced environments
• Experienced in applying automation and AI to enhance quality and reduce operational burden
• Knowledgeable across key security and trust domains and how they connect
• Detail‑oriented with strong documentation and review skills, balanced by pragmatic risk judgment

• Comfortable prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent work streams with minimal oversight
• Calm and clear under pressure, able to communicate effectively during high‑stakes situations
• Skilled at mapping customer or regulatory requirements to security frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR)
