In this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Participate in internal projects as required
• Ensure service delivery maintains the highest standards of excellence
• Serve as the technical advisor for assigned technology solution area(s) maintaining the utmost integrity and professionalism
• Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Support production and delivery of SOW’s and timelines
• Deliver exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and customer service throughout discovery and implementation
• Maintain current solution practice knowledge through self-study and utilization of available training
• Lead requirements gathering and management of development stories with an implementation project
• Lead and mentor other Business Analysts in development path toward the Project Management role
• Within three months from date of hire, the following must be acquired:
  • ONE (1) CSA or CAD
  • FIVE (5) Micro Certifications
  • ONE (3) Sales/Pre Sales Certifications
