In this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Participate and lead in internal projects as required
• Ensure service delivery maintains the highest standards of excellence
• Serve as the senior technical advisor for assigned technology solution area(s) maintaining the utmost integrity and professionalism
• Mentoring and providing technical guidance to VETS architects and developers
• Deliver exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and customer service throughout implementation
• Manage and direct assigned technical personnel to achieve customer satisfaction
• Produce detailed implementation delivery documentation
• Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign with the Project Manager
• Share best practices and be consultative throughout the technical design of the projects
• Participate and lead on internal SA-related communication channels (TEAMS, Discord, etc.)
• Maintain current solution practice knowledge through self-study and utilization of available training
• Manage and refine best-in-class technology apprenticeship program ensuring apprenticeship competencies and program satisfaction levels are achieved
• Lead development teams and technical efforts to follow a strategic direction during development engagements to ensure that solutions design within the engagement drive customer business objectives
• Assist the presales team with detailed implementation design/LOE scoping documents to match customer requirements upon request
• Possess more than two current Service Now CIS certificate and demonstrate mastery understanding of solution aligned with the certificates
• Within three months from date of hire, the following must be acquired:
  • ONE (1) CSA or CAD
  • FIVE (5) Micro Certifications
  • ONE (3) Sales/Pre Sales Certifications
