Program Manager I / Compliance Learning Content & Platform Administrator

Location: Remote - Candidates must work Central time hours.

Duration: 6 months

Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8-5 schedules are subject to change with Client business needs

Note: Interviews will be a 2-tier interview process - 1 with the Position Manager and 2nd with the Director of the Department.

Role Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to define routine learning needs, acting as the operational hub in a matrixed global environment, aligning enterprise, regional, and local stakeholders on learning requirements, deployment timelines, exception handling, and reporting expectations.

Set up and process compliance learning assignments by creating learning assignments using established rules and audience groups, validating assignment accuracy, and monitoring processing for global learner populations.

Support multi-language content management by uploading translated course files, establishing content equivalencies, and ensuring learners receive appropriate regional language options (currently English, Spanish, French, French Canadian, Swedish, and Dutch).

Upload and refresh Workday-hosted content by downloading, uploading, and testing new or updated learning packages from third-party vendors, maintaining version control and ensuring proper retirement of outdated content.

Upload and refresh external vendor content (API-delivered) by reviewing and maintaining API-integrated content, collaborating with HRIS/ST teams to resolve integration issues, evaluating newly released content with stakeholders, and maintaining global equivalencies.

Run standard reports and track compliance completion rates by collaborating with the current support team to ensure stakeholders have timely access to accurate compliance reporting and completion metrics.

Monitor assignment processing and resolve errors by reviewing batch statuses, troubleshooting assignment failures, updating impacted worker records, and re-triggering learning where appropriate.

Manage audience creation, engagement assignments, and recurring compliance cycles by defining and validating audiences based on Workday attributes (e.g., job family group, job level, country), building learning programs and recurring assignments, and supporting annual/ongoing compliance cycles.

Support communications and deployment logistics by preparing learner notifications using approved templates, supporting translation distribution, and coordinating updates for new or refreshed compliance courses in partnership with SMEs and internal Communications.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working within a Learning Management System (LMS) environment.
Familiarity with Workday Learning preferred but not required.
Experience with Percipio, including content upload or API-based integrations, is a plus.
Strong reporting and data management capabilities, with the ability to interpret, validate, and present learning data accurately.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleansing, conditional formulas).
Comfort navigating digital workflows, technical configurations, and large datasets within enterprise learning platforms.
Years of experience: 3-5 years.

Education or certification requirements or preferences

BA or equivalent years of experience.
LMS and Excel knowledge.

Candidates must have

Experience with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (Percipio/Skillsoft and/or Workday preferred).
Significant reporting experience, particularly in generating and interpreting compliance metrics.
Must be an expert in Excel.
