Certified Nursing Assistant CNA Night Shift PM

Overview

Responsible for data entry into various systems and/or databases. Responsible for compiling, maintaining, and verifying data and distributing information through the use of reports and queries to support operations. Would perform miscellaneous clerical tasks such as filing, mailing, and creation of folders. Work closely with mail and prepress departments.

• Data entry into various systems and/or databases.
• Compile, maintain, and verify data; distribute information using reports and queries to support operations.
• Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks such as filing, mailing, and creation of folders.
• Coordinate with mail and prepress departments as needed.

• Must have advanced/expert (3-5+ years) Microsoft Excel experience and integrated business/ERP systems (expert preferred).
• Must have experience (1–3 years) working with Query and Business Reporting tools such as Streamline, SQL, Business Objects, Power Query, Mail Blasts, .NET programming, etc.
• Experience with large dataset analysis and highly normalized database environments.
• Working knowledge of relational databases and data optimization.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with the ability to communicate within all levels of the organization.
• Functional knowledge of BCC mail software.
• Understanding of USPS regulations and methods.

• 3-5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience and integrated business/ERP systems (expert preferred).
• 1–3 years working with Query and Business Reporting tools such as Streamline, SQL, Business Objects, Power Query, Mail Blasts, .NET programming, etc.
