Overview

Senior SIGINT Systems Administrator - Sensor Resource Manager at Beale AFB, CA. Responsible for resolving IT hardware and software infrastructure issues, analyzing and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, and maintaining system security. Applies security patches and OS upgrades, supports new infrastructure projects, and maintains configuration documentation for assigned infrastructure.

• Manages multiple airborne SIGINT sensor missions for 2+ Core sites and associated DMS sites from a centralized site.
• Operates and interfaces with multiple aircraft, airborne sensors, sites, networks, systems, and operations and maintenance personnel.
• Provides updates to Sensor Resources Management processes.
• Provides management and ground support of multiple airborne SIGINT sensors and networks.
• Performs sensor troubleshooting and airborne fault resolution; identifies, resolves, and communicates issues with LBS, HBS, infrastructure, enterprise services, and other SIGINT systems; supports and recommends updates to SIGINT systems, software, and networks.
• Provides technical and engineering sensors and networks support.
• Creates, updates, and responds to Incident tickets.
• Manages data encryption changes and implementation.
• Monitors the SIGINT enterprise and networks health/status (Sensor, platform, network paths including crypto, DCGS SIGINT systems, and related enterprise services).
• Provides comprehensive analysis, diagnostics and fault isolation for the SIGINT systems and networks associated with ground components.
• Provides comprehensive analysis, diagnostics and fault isolation for the SIGINT sensors and End-to-End Sensor paths.
• Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SIGINT and networks sustainment during system upgrades.
• Coordinates efforts for sensor/system and network restoration.
• Supports post-upgrade software/hardware efforts in line with technical data, TTPs, and operating instructions; provides on-the-job training to AFP and identifies improvements to reduce logistics footprint.
• Provides SIGINT process and network improvements/recommendations.
• Creates Serena Mission Debriefs; provides system status to operations and maintenance personnel prior to takeoff; updates status during missions; collects post-mission feedback and completes SIGINT portion of end-to-end debrief.

• BS in Technical Field.
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
• Security + CE.
• ≥10 yrs of DCGS experience.
• ≥10 yrs of ISSM experience.
• ≥2 yrs of SIGINT Sensor Management experience.

Pay Range: $82,700 - $173,900 USD. Base pay range as stated in the job post and related materials. The final salary is influenced by location, experience, skills, and certifications.
