- Weekly processing of all payroll activities; preparing W2s; preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reports to Accounting; and wage garnishment processing.
- Administering FMLA, Sick Pay, Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance claims.
- Assisting teammates with payroll and HR related inquiries
- Maintaining and auditing physical and electronic personnel files.
- Initiating New Hire Onboarding, conducting Orientation, and entering in various databases.
- Generating weekly and quarterly payroll tax reports.
- Maintaining current cross-training within all HR functions, to provide back up as needed.
- Maintaining a high level of integrity, ethical character, and honesty in all actions.
- Other duties as assigned.

Job Functions:
The role of Payroll Administrator includes providing support for all basic payroll and HR functions within CSI. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Weekly processing of all payroll activities; preparing W2s; preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reports to Accounting; and wage garnishment processing.
- Administering FMLA, Sick Pay, Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance claims.
- Assisting teammates with payroll and HR related inquiries

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- No relatives or household members employed by NCSI
- SAP Payroll, Success Factors and Ceridian Dayforce experience
- Payroll tax and financial reporting experience
