Human Resource (HR) Business Partners are integral to carrying out a variety of functions within a human resources department. The individual in this role may be involved in recruitment, labor or employee relations, change management, training, compensation, learning and development, payroll administration or any other area of human resources.
Essential duties and responsibilities- Provide solutions regarding HR needs, compensation and incentive plans, new hire orientation, recruiting, performance appraisal systems, employee relations, employee handbooks, job descriptions, local and country compliance, management and employee training, policy development, etc.
- Evaluate client needs and establish, maintain, build and manage client relationships to help clients achieve their business strategies.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HRIS system records in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Support hiring needs including posting jobs, screening and hiring candidates.
- Communicate company policies and support leaderships enforcement of these policies.
- Assist in the resolution of Associate Relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary.
- With direction from higher level HR management, research employment laws and HR policies, and communicate the information effectively to the client.
- Create and support employee engagement activities within budget.
- Support open enrollment periods to ensure smooth processing.
- Support payroll processing.
- Bachelors degree in human resources, business or a related field and 3 years experience in HR or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months; conditions can range from mild to moderate.
- Microsoft Office
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Recognized HR Professional Certification a plus
- Local language required.

- Working knowledge of applicable local laws and regulations related to HR
